Employees with Symptoms of the Disease: Any employee who may have or has symptoms of the disease will remain at home. We have stringent policies in place, that our leadership team is committed to, and daily, our staff is reviewed to ensure they do not have any signs of illness, before the start of their respective shift.
Orders/Sales: Where possible, we have recommended that our sales representatives will work via the web in home offices. We maintain our office, and staff to support you as we always do. Our team is ready to receive your orders by telephone or email, to the orderdesk@deboersfarm.com
Production Staff: Our production staff follows stringent GMP and HACCP protocols, as we are a Federal Establishment, meeting CFIA standards and well as additional standards under NSF standards. Our staff works attentively as usual. However, we will no longer allow customers to pick up their order unless it is directly at the shipping dock with handling by the forklift. We do not allow drivers or customers to wait on our dock.
Business Continuity: We know our products are essential for our clients. We have stable contingency plans in effect for our farms, slaughter facilities, logistics and production facility, to cover all stages of the supply chain. Our company works as a team and we treat our colleagues like a family.
In conclusion, Rest assured that we continue to assess the situation regularly in order to make the adjustments if necessary and that we will keep you informed of any developments in our activities.
We thank you for your understanding and collaboration!
